WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Journey to Self in Aerial Silks with Singing Bowls: The theme for our Autumn Retreat is Empowerment. In order to experience your strength and power you need to reconnect with your Self. We will slip into the Aerial Silks in the most comfortable position to unite the body, mind and breath. On this journey we will shed the exterior layers and seek the truth of our essence of our unique Self. The vibrations of the singing bowls may stimulate the chakras and offer an opportunity to delve a little deeper to find our individual gifts and power. Here we may set an intention for the rest of the retreat or take the experience as a single workshop to reconnect!
