with Michelle Maron & Gretchen Mills Menopause is certainly a time in every woman's life that blows in like a crazy wind, stays for a time creating havoc from head to toe. From hot flashes, body pain, to brain fog, mood changes, increased stress, weight gain, headache to sleeplessness and more, sometimes much more. What can you do to help create balance while riding the waves of these changes? PAUSE? In these two workshops we will come together in a community of women and explore –The simple act of breathing and slowing down to notice can be helpful. –The simple act of yoga and how it can improve how you feel. –The simple act of choosing foods to nourish and support. In these 2-2 hour workshops we will discover and explore breathing techniques to help many of your everyday symptoms. How to master the techniques and when to use them. We will also discover and explore yoga postures to help menopausal symptoms as well. You will leave with a better understanding of what postures can help with certain issues. We will also dip our toe into Ayurvedic eating and how the sister science to Yoga can also help with balancing and supporting your body and mind. We do hope you will PAUSE with us.
