WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

The four bodies teachings of the Buddhist and Sioux tradition, the Iroquois creation story and the teachings of Black Elk. Participants will sit within a circle and the play will take place around them from the four directions. Occasionally participants will be asked to join the play in yogic motions. Music and the rainbow of colors will accompany the performers.
