Spring Awakening
Setting Intentions, Starting Seedlings & Flower Crown Making
CLASS/WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
As the earth thaws and new life emerges, spring invites us to plant fresh intentions—both in the soil and within ourselves. This rejuvenating workshop blends mindfulness, intention setting, hands-on gardening, and creative expression to help you align with the season of renewal. We’ll begin with a guided meditation and reflective journaling exercise to set personal intentions for growth. As we sip soothing herbal tea, we’ll explore the symbolic connection between tending to seedlings and nurturing our own aspirations. Through a hands-on planting activity, you’ll start your own flower seedlings, sowing the seeds of transformation alongside the beauty of nature. To celebrate the season’s abundance, we’ll also craft our own flower crowns—a timeless symbol of renewal, beauty, and connection to the earth. Using fresh and dried blooms, you’ll create a wearable reminder of your intentions and the vibrant energy of spring. Join us in a serene and supportive space to reconnect with yourself and nature as winter fades away. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener, a creative spirit, or simply seeking a fresh start, this workshop will inspire you to embrace spring’s energy with intention, patience, and care. No prior gardening or crafting experience is necessary—all materials provided. Herbal tea and light refreshments will be available.
