CLASS/WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Wind down from your week with a peaceful practice on the water! We will start low to the water, working our way to some standing postures (if you’re feeling ready), and come back down to the board and enjoy the beauty of the nature around us in a final savasana. Anyone who would like to explore as the sun is setting can paddle toward the lotus like lily pads and see the sights around the lake before sitting by the fire! $35 with our own board, $45 with a rental board.
