Sarah will guide you through an intelligently sequenced flow designed to support the immune and digestive systems during the winter season.

 

As the practice slows, Kim will lead three Kriya breath techniques to awaken and cleanse the body, mind, and spirit. We’ll then move into deep rest as Sarah offers a guided Yoga Nidra in shavasana, accopanied by Kim’s calming sound bath.

 

The afternoon will close with a short meditation to sea the experience. Leave feeling balanced, refresthed, and ready to embrace the season ahead.

Spend a beautiful afternoon discovering the forest through all of your senses - known as Forest Bathing. Join Michelle Maron a Certified Forest Bathing Therapy Guide as she takes you on a 2 hour Forest Bathing experience! 

 

Forest bathing and, forest therapy (or shinrin-yoku) broadly means taking in, in all of one’s senses, the forest atmosphere. Not simply a walk in the woods, it is the conscious and contemplative practice of being immersed in the sights, sounds and smells of the forest. It was developed in Japan during the 1980s, and in 1982 Japan made this form of mobile meditation under the canopy of living forests a part of its national health program. Researchers, primarily in Japan and South Korea, have established a growing body of scientific literature on the diverse health benefits of Forest Bathing. 

 

Dress for the weather as we will be in the forest the whole 2 hours.
