NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET
with SARAH GERHARDT
Join Sarah for an afternoon of deep nourishment designed to unwind and restore your nervous system. In a world where chronic stress is becoming increasingly common, this workshop offers a space to slow down and reset through intentional yoga practices.
Together, we’ll explore gentle, science-supported yogic techniques shown to reduce stress and promote relaxation in both body and mind. Our time will include:
· Breathwork (Pranayama): Breathing exercises to calm the mind
· Yin Yoga: Passive holds in postures that ground the body and create space for stillness
· Yoga Nidra: A guided deep relaxation in shavasana to regulate your nervous system
· Guided Meditation: A meditation to integrate and close the practice
Each element is thoughtfully curated to support your parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s natural rest-and-digest mode. You'll leave feeling centered, spacious, and deeply restored.
No prior yoga experience necessary. Mats and props will be provided.

FOREST BATHING
with MICHELLE MARON Certified Guide, ANFT
Spend a beautiful afternoon discovering the forest through all of your senses - known as Forest Bathing. Join Michelle Maron a Certified Forest Bathing Therapy Guide as she takes you on a 2 hour Forest Bathing experience!
Forest bathing and, forest therapy (or shinrin-yoku) broadly means taking in, in all of one’s senses, the forest atmosphere. Not simply a walk in the woods, it is the conscious and contemplative practice of being immersed in the sights, sounds and smells of the forest. It was developed in Japan during the 1980s, and in 1982 Japan made this form of mobile meditation under the canopy of living forests a part of its national health program. Researchers, primarily in Japan and South Korea, have established a growing body of scientific literature on the diverse health benefits of Forest Bathing.
Dress for the weather as we will be in the forest the whole 2 hours.
