Slow Down ~ Release Tension ~ Reconnect Within

Join Sarah for an afternoon to nourish your body, mind, and soul through an extended yin yoga practice. Yin yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga where postures are held for several minutes, allowing the body to soften rather than stretch with effort. This practice targets the body's deep connective tissues, helping to improve flexibility, mobility, and circulation while creating a greater sense of ease throughout the body and mind. More than a physical practice, yin yoga offers an opportunity to quiet the mind, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate a deep sense of presence. Accessible to all levels, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to pause, restore, and connect with your inner stillness.
