CLASS/WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Join Sarah for an afternoon of deep nourishment designed to unwind and restore your nervous system. In a world where chronic stress is becoming increasingly common, this workshop offers a space to slow down and reset through intentional yoga practices. Together, we’ll explore gentle, science-supported yogic techniques shown to reduce stress and promote relaxation in both body and mind. Our time will include: · Breathwork (Pranayama): Breathing exercises to calm the mind · Yin Yoga: Passive holds in postures that ground the body and create space for stillness · Yoga Nidra: A guided deep relaxation in shavasana to regulate your nervous system · Guided Meditation: A meditation to integrate and close the practice Each element is thoughtfully curated to support your parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s natural rest-and-digest mode. You'll leave feeling centered, spacious, and deeply restored. No prior yoga experience necessary. Mats and props will be provided.
