with Michelle Maron & Gretchen Mills PAUSE is a new series of workshops/classes that PYRC is offering geared specifically for women moving into Peri Menopause or into Menopause and beyond. Wherever you are in the change of life (this natural part of life) it is certainly a time that blows in like a crazy wind, stays for a time creating havoc from head to toe. From hot flashes, body pain, to brain fog, mood changes, increased stress, weight gain, headache to sleeplessness and more, sometimes much more. What can you do to help create balance while riding the waves of these changes? PAUSE? In these two beginning workshops we will come together in a community of women and explore PART 1 & 2 The simple act of breathing, slowing down, resting and restoring the body with awareness in six Restorative Yoga Postures. Experience 2 hours of complete relaxation to help with an array of Menopausal symptoms and issues. We do hope you will PAUSE with us.
